Fort Washington Lighthouse, down stream and across the river  from Jones Point Lighthouse.  The equipment behind and to the side is belongs to the military.  The structure was first a bell tower to warn mariners of  fog and then a light was transferred to it,  making it a lighthouse.  The bell is still hanging from the top.
